Your M3U URL is saved to your signed-in account and can be restored on another device. Local M3U files cannot be synchronized; use a URL for cross-device access.
Some providers block browser access (CORS). If URL loading fails, the provider must allow browser requests from player.nowytv.com or provide a compatible endpoint. A local M3U file is not synchronized across devices.
